The Zug Pharma Group is a verein for life science professionals living or working in the Zug area.
Our mission has 3 pillars to it:

Build community amongst life science professionals in the Zug area

Develop Zug as a European hub for life sciences

Support schools to educate and inspire children about life sciences
Activities
We have a number of events for members throughout the year to drive networking and relationship building:

A monthly social gathering on the first Thursday of the month

40+ subgroups with their own content and social get togethers - some are for people working in similar functions in the industry, others for topics of interest and some are purely social. Subgroups run their own events to get to know each other or drive forward an agenda. These groups are about participation - they are by the groups, for the groups

A monthly small group content meeting with topics and speakers proposed by the community

An annual Summit Meeting for an in-person opportunity to discuss how the industry and market are changing and what we need to do as individuals to embrace the change
Members can also keep in touch through the WhatsApp community our closed LinkedIn group.

A simple apéro every month in Zug for all our members to meet and network. This is a great opportunity to get to know the group in a casual manner.
We also have social subgroups and other events
We have a closed LinkedIn group and a WhatsApp community of about 40 different groups so that people can find groups of particular interest, meet and collaborate. Groups bring together people working in similar functions or with an interest in a particular topic or with a social interest in common
We will have an events programme, small group meetings on a topic, workshops, evening and breakfast meetings.
In 2025 we ran the first Zug Life Science Summit Meeting with 200+ attendees taking part in workshops and plenary sessions for an afternoon and evening
